Fleet Graphics 101: How to Brand 3+ Work Vehicles Without the Headache

A branded work vehicle earns impressions every mile and every parking spot. A branded fleet — three, five, ten vehicles wearing the exact same look — earns something better: the impression that your company is established, organized, and everywhere. Here's how to get there without the usual mess.

The mistake most fleets make

Branding vehicles one at a time, from whichever shop was convenient that month. Six months later the logos are three slightly different sizes in two slightly different blues. Consistency is the entire value of fleet branding — which means one vendor, one spec sheet, one color standard, applied to every vehicle including the ones you haven't bought yet.

Decals vs. partial wraps vs. full wraps

  • Cut-vinyl decals and lettering ($15–$50 per panel) — logo, phone, website, DOT numbers. The workhorse option; most service fleets need nothing more.
  • Partial wraps (from the hundreds into low thousands per vehicle) — printed panels covering doors or quarter panels. Big visual step up, still budget-sane.
  • Full wraps (four figures per vehicle) — maximum impact, best for customer-facing vehicles that ARE the brand.

Most fleets mix tiers: full or partial wraps on the trucks customers see, decal packages on the rest — same logo spec across all of them.

How a phased rollout works

You don't park the whole fleet for a week. We template your spec from vehicle #1, then brand the rest one at a time as they rotate through — each install takes hours, not days. New vehicle joins the fleet next year? The spec's on file; it matches perfectly.

Volume pricing

At Dlux, fleet work at 3+ vehicles gets volume pricing, and standing accounts get contract rates. We already run compliance decal programs for Seattle taxi fleets — the same system (spec on file, fast turnaround, consistent output) applies to any fleet.

Start with one vehicle: order a business vehicle decal or request a fleet quote — we respond within 24 hours with a per-vehicle price at your fleet size.
